Shipping your parcel

Products will be delivered by express courier and delivery times will vary depending on the destination, the time at which the order is placed and the availability of the products themselves. The shipment will be made depending on the availability or realization of the product (some products are exceptions as they are more difficult to realize. The times are specified on the product pages).

NB: Any taxes or customs duties will be borne by the customer.

In the case of payment by Bank Transfer, delivery times will be calculated from the moment the payment is received.

The system will send the Customer an e-mail to inform him of the delivery.

Any customs duties shall be borne by the Customer.

Upon receipt of the Products, the Customer must check that the package is perfectly closed and intact. If the package is not intact or is damaged, the Customer shall immediately report the complaints to the courier; otherwise the products shall be considered regularly delivered. Our mirrors are checked and photographed both when the box is open and when it is closed. We recommend on delivery to accept it with reservation, if any damage is already visible on the outside, and to photograph it before opening it.

Pursuant to Art. 64 et seq. D. Lgs. n.206/05 the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal; the term provided for by Italian law is 14 days. 

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN

The products must be new, in a normal state of preservation and must not present any defect. Please return the products to us in their original box/packaging. Shipping costs will be at your expense. To exercise this right, the customer must follow this simple procedure:

Send an email to info@flickerglass.com specifying article and product description and buyer's data.

Place the product in its original box/packaging, photograph the undamaged mirror inside the box and all sides of the box once closed. Ship to: Flickerglass c/o Vetreria Guizzo Giuliano - via Circonvallazione, 15 - 31020 Sernaglia della Battaglia, TV

In case of need, the Customer can contact Customer Service by phone/whatsapp at the number 351/8015782, from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:30, or every day by e-mail: info@flickerglass.com

STATE OF PRESERVATION OF PRODUCTS

All products must be returned in good condition. Upon receipt of the package, Flickerglass will assess the conservation status of the returned goods.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will be ineffective if the returned product is not intact. In the event that the return is refused after careful verification by Flickerglass, the customer will not receive any compensation or refund. 

REFUND OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Flickerglass will proceed to refund the price paid by the customer (excluding shipping costs), in relation to the product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, within 7 working days from the return of the goods to our premises.

In case of return of an order paid through Paypal Account, the refund will be made directly to the account or card used for the payment. In case of return of an order paid by Bank Transfer, the customer will be asked to indicate the bank details to which he/she wishes the refund to be made.
