GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
In order to purchase products, the customer must register by entering his/her personal details and following the instructions provided by the registration program, then enter the selected product(s) in the cart, select the type of shipment and the payment method chosen and, finally, confirm the purchase. Once these operations have been completed, the customer will see a screen containing a summary of the purchase order with all the indications of these Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Order Confirmation"). The customer can place his order even without registering in guest mode.
If the customer needs, after the order confirmation but before the shipment of the goods, to change the shipping/billing data or to modify some data contained therein, he/she should contact the customer service at the telephone number (and whatsapp) 351/8015782, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., from Monday to Friday or send an email to info@flickerglass.com. After the shipment of the goods by Flickerglass the customer will no longer be able to change the shipping data.
Flickerglass reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there has been a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order, or which presents any form of risk to the company. To this end, for the first order, the customer may be asked for a telephone number or for payment in advance.
With the order, the price and description of the product will be considered as accepted. The Order Confirmation by Flickerglass will constitute acceptance of the contractual proposal, the contract will be considered concluded and will be binding for both parties, from the moment the customer receives the Order Confirmation. Flickerglass will be able to deliver the orders received on the website only within the limit of stock availability; Flickerglass reserves the right, even after the Order Confirmation, to cancel the order in case the ordered products are sold out. In this case Flickerglass will immediately inform the customer and fully refund any amounts already paid by him.
